Terms & Conditions
We are pleased to welcome you to Premier Tutoring, where we take pride in teaching to an exceptionally high standard in a friendly atmosphere. In order to facilitate a smooth co-ordination between us we would like to bring to you our centre’s terms and conditions as below:
1. We expect there to be respect between the tutor, students and parents.
2. All students must bring exercise books as suggested by the tutor, a geometry set, a scientific calculator and other stationary as necessary.
3. All students must arrive on time for their lesson, preferably 5 minutes early.
4. In order to meet the health and safety regulations, it is important that all students are picked up on time.
5. We expect that the payment is made before the start of the lesson. If you wish, you can pay a term’s or monthly fee in advance.
6. If for some reason a student is unable to attend a lesson, please inform the centre in advance. Full lesson fee of £17.00 will be charged if the student misses a lesson. The homework for the missed lesson can be collected from the centre, can be posted / e-mailed on request.
7. Students are expected to hand in a completed homework on the due date.
8. We expect students to behave in a disciplined manner at all times. If at any stage a student misbehaves, parents will be informed immediately. If this behaviour persists the student will be asked to leave the centre.
9. Lessons will run according to Croydon Council’s school term dates.
